The school academic year covers three terms, beginning from April to March for promotions to the next class, marks obtained through the three terms will be consolidated and taken into consideration.

The school fees are to be paid quarterly - i.e. before the 10th of April, July, October and January vide advance post dated cheques at the commencement of each academic year i.e. April or at the time of admission (in the case of mid-term entry to school). Parents are advised to ensure timely payment of fees to avoid any embarrassment. After the 10th April, July, October & January, a late fee of Rs. 150/- is chargeable. No discuussion will be entertained in this regard. Students will not be allowed to appear at the final examination till all the dues are paid.

Caution Money : It is a refundable fees subject to the following:

• a). The child must complete at least one academic year in the institution.
• b). If the child is in school for less than one academic year, a two month prior notice is essential.
